Hi, I’m Seth. I believe that every person has an innate ability to heal, grow, and find meaning—even when life feels overwhelming or disorienting. I don’t see therapy as “fixing” people, but rather helping you to uncover your strengths, clarify your values, and create space for new possibilities.
I practice from an integrative and trauma-informed lens, drawing from modalities like IFS, DBT, existential therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, mindfulness, and compassion-based approaches. This allows me to meet clients where they are.
