Welcome! I’m Seth, an LCSW/LAC in Colorado providing individual therapy. I specialize in substance use recovery, trauma, relationships, anxiety, and mood disorders, and currently focus on equine therapy. My therapy style is draws from modalities like EMDR, DBT, ACT, and interpersonal therapy to meet your needs. Sessions take place at a peaceful stable near Fort Collins and may include groundwork as well as the option for therapeutic riding. I prioritize building a relationship rooted in trust, respect, and authenticity, creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and nonjudgmental.

Together, we’ll explore how depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use have impacted your wellbeing. I believe in your innate resilience and focus on the patterns that shape your life today. Equine therapy offers a powerful, experiential way to reconnect with yourself and create lasting change. I strive to create a safe, inclusive environment.
