About
It takes courage to make the decision to pursue therapy and address issues that are troubling you. I am a clinical social worker and psychotherapist with advanced post graduate training in psychotherapy. I am a graduate of Columbia University School of Social Work and have professional expertise in psychiatry and medical social work.
My experience has given me great insight into working with a diverse group of adults and couples who bring a variety of personal and relational problems at varying stages of their lives. I place great value in developing caring and collaborative relationships with my patients.Together we work towards self understanding and improvement.
My approach is primarily psychodynamic, but I believe in tailoring the work to the individual. I believe that through the process of psychotherapy, we can work towards understanding and addressing one's past experiences, exploring current situations, and achieving future goals.
