I'm an EMDR-trained therapist with additional training in DBT and CBT.
Throughout our lives we arrive at crossroads where changes need to be made. Maybe you've found yourself at one of these crossroads wondering, "Where do I even begin?". These transitions—becoming an adult, starting a career, navigating relationships, parenting ups and downs, losing loved ones or even planning our "golden years" - can throw us for a loop and leave us asking "who even AM I?". These transitions can cause distress, leaving us searching for answers that seem out of reach. Often, what we need most is a safe space to face our fears and make a plan!
I work with individuals and couples, including LGBTQ+ folks, new parents, and those managing chronic health conditions. I have experience working with anxiety and trauma and believe there is always a way to reduce our suffering in ways both big and small.
I love working with people ready to shift their narrative and discover a new version of themselves. We often hold onto outdated versions of who we are, telling ourselves change isn’t possible “at this stage.” But we all have the strength to pivot—if we’re willing to give ourselves permission.
