As a former trauma-informed high school therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience, I specialize in working with teens who feel overwhelmed, shut down, or react strongly- and the parents who feel unsure how to reach them. I help teens navigate anxiety, intense emotions, and relationship challenges, while also guiding parents in how to respond in ways that reduce conflict, avoid power struggles, and rebuild connection.
In addition to working with teens and families, I specialize in supporting adults who have experienced trauma. Using person-centered, trauma-focused approaches, including EMDR, clients frequently report feeling lighter, a fewer nightmares, improved relationships, and feeling a greater sense of safety in their daily lives.
