Hello, my name is Serina Palomino. I am an LPCC (licensed professional clinical counselor) and like to meet my clients where they are utilizing an integrative approach. I provide therapeutic services to children and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, divorce, and separation, primarily utilizing CBT, EMDR, art therapy, and play therapy. I primarily provide service to children, teens, and adults experiencing a variety of behavioral health issues, not limited to the following: anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, divorce, and separation.
When clients work with me, they naturally feel comfortable. They quickly build rapport with me, establishing a therapeutic alliance. They feel comfortable conveying personal details of their story, knowing I am there to support them and provide them with the skills they need to succeed.
Goals are always specific to client needs and individualized to fit those needs. The plan will typically include a correlation of the client's presenting issues. When establishing their goals, we want to move them from where they are to where they want to be.
