I am a bilingual therapist (English and Spanish) who works with children age six and up, teens, adults, families, and couples. I provide AODA treatment in both languages, supporting substance use concerns with compassion and cultural humility. I especially enjoy supporting ADHD/neurodivergent clients, including late-diagnosed ADHDers, as well as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and meaning or purpose. I use ACT and integrate CBT-, DBT-, IFS-informed, and Depth Psychology perspectives. When relevant, I can also support religious, spiritual, or meaning-related concerns.
