About
Hello, Id like to introduce myself, I'm a Phd student in Human Sexology. I am also currently working towards my Certified Sex Therapist certification. I really enjoy working with people. I LOVE the Finger Lakes. I have been here for 12 years. I am a Native Hawaiian. I spent most of my life in California. I am a mom of three children ranging in ages 10 to 25. I am also a grandma of 2!. I love people & helping. I have worked in hospitals, schools, inpatient/outpatient, & even Mc Donald's. I love animals, traveling, food, & life. I also have depression & anxiety I manage. Namaste. I look forward to meeting you and working together.
Depression, Anxiety, Substance Use, Depression, and Grief, are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. My focus is to help you heal, energize, and become aware of your inner strengths. You will learn new skills, more about yourself, and find me as a support to help you on your journey.
