Are you at that point where you feel like taking control of your life but just don't know how? I understand how hard it could be to get started, fret no more, I am here to help you figure out how to get started. We all need support and encouragement on the journey of life, I am that therapist who understands that and stick with you through it all. I understand that life can throw us curved balls from time to time as we navigate through life journey. I cannot promise you that the road to finding lifetime fulfillment will not be rough, but I can assure you that we will walk the rough roads together and emerge stronger and better.
I find fulfillment in empowering individuals and helping them recognize their inner strengths. Using an integrated approach of the person as a whole, we would find the strategies that meets your needs.
