Welcome to Serenity Helping Hands Therapy Center, LLC. We live in a world of constant change and increasing challenges. Sometimes the changes and challenges of life can become too overwhelming. Many times the answer to the various issues we face lies within us and we just need a safe place to express our thoughts, issues, and feelings without judgment. Whatever brings you here, our agency believes in using a holistic approach in treating a wide variety of therapeutic challenges.
We serve individuals, couples, and families that have or are experiencing communication and relational deficits, depression, mood disorders, anxiety, adjustment issues, and transitional stressors. We also offer Medication-Management and Addiction Treatment Services such as PHP, IOP and OP.
