My approach in therapy is integrative using modalities that treat the cognitive, behavioral, and physiological systems within the individual. I work with adults, children, couples and families. Regardless if you are struggling with the transitions of life, severe mental problems, or parenting issues, there is help.
Life can bring many challenges that can sometimes cause us pain while putting us out of our comfort zones.
