Cynthia Roark, Licensed Professional Counselor, board-certified National Certified Counselor, and owner of SCLC has experience treating complex trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders. Cynthia is skilled in trauma-informed therapy and personal advocacy which guides her philosophy of empowering clients on their journey to health and healing. In her sessions, Cynthia incorporates cognitive-behavioral and family systems as well as advanced therapies such as Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
