I’m a Latina Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 20 years of mental health experience and certification as a National Certified Trauma Therapist. I help clients address trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and parenting concerns. Together, we’ll choose practical approaches that fit your needs and goals.
