My name is Damaris Rodriguez. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, adults and families. I am a caring and warm person who will provide an accepting and non-judgmental environment to help people process and explore their challenges in life.
I use a variety of approaches; Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to teach and enhance coping mechanisms in order to increase self-esteem, self-assurance and personal power.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am trained to help individuals and families of all backgrounds to deal with stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss.
