We are a GROUP PRIVATE PRACTICE focused on mental health or substance use COACHING and COUNSELING support for adults and teens. Our PROVIDERS have extensive experience and are independently LICENSED to practice or in process be under full apprenticeship. Our goal is to offer education and guidance to INDIVIDUALS, COUPLES, and FAMILIES dealing with a variety of issues that affect their MENTAL HEALTH, BALANCE, and WELL-BEING.
We strive to improve emotional stability and over-all functioning. We encourage clients to discuss emotions and experiences. We help clients define goals, plan action and gain insight through the development of therapeutic processes. WE specialize in a variety of issues to meet our clients needs. If WE can’t help you - WE will try to help you find what will.
We have 14 licensed providers and 4 post master clinicians under apprenticeship offering a variety of specialties. We use a variety of therapeutic strategies and techniques such as CBT, DBT, BCT, CPT, System Dynamics, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Relationship Skill Building, Relapse Prevention, Adjustment Issues, Family Issues, and Grief Work.

Groups
TTRPG w/ a Certified Therapuetic Game Master
Liz Greene, LMHC is a certified Therapuetic Game Master and will be holding 13 sessions of Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) social skills group to give clients a safe space to explore and improve their emotional health — and have fun while doing it. The group will be integrating social skills and dungeons and dragons campaign. This would be an in person group with the option of telehealth if weather is an issue.
