In person & In Network. Many teens and young adults face unique challenges that can feel isolating and difficult to manage alone. At Serenity, we understand how tough it can be to navigate these struggles, and provide a serene therapeutic space to connect, get support and make positive changes. We offer personalized intensive outpatient programming (IOP) with stepdown to outpatient for teens and young adults ages 14-28. Our IOP program meets 3-4 times a week and is an effective option for individuals experiencing life disruption due to things like, anxiety, depression, self harm, social issues, life transitions or substance use.
IOP includes group therapy 3 times a week, weekly or bi weekly individual therapy, family therapy, medication management, parents support and more. Once IOP is complete, clients can step down to outpatient (OP) for an additional 3 months to help maintain progress made.
Family involvement is a key part our program. Rather than treating just the individual we help families identify unhealthy patterns and learn to support one another to create long lasting change. Serenity is a small, personalized program, and will work closely with you to create a treatment plan and schedule tailored to your unique needs.

Parents Group
Our Parents Group meets weekly and provides education and support throughout the treatment process.
