We are a small group practice that prioritizes whole person care and believes that a positive therapeutic relationship is the most important factor in your healing process. Some of our specialty areas include therapy for: OCD and related anxiety disorders; trauma/ PTSD; child and adolescent mental health; women's issues; and family or other relationship issues.
We believe in an integrative and holistic approach to mental health care. We are trained in various evidence-based therapies (i.e. CBT, ERP, EMDR); as well as experienced in additional complementary approaches including mindfulness practices, therapeutic art, and play therapy.

Groups
Anxiety Support Group: College Age & Young Adults
Join our Serenity Circle to learn the latest skills for fighting anxiety and face life’s challenges with greater calm and stability. Content will be tailored to the needs of group members and a comprehensive Anxiety Resource Guide will be provided. The group will be a 5 week series limited to 8 members. There will be a $20 suggested donation, though no one will be turned away. The group begins on 1/08/25.
