Serene Pathways Mental Health Counseling is a specialized, small group practice in the heart of Saratoga Springs, NY, offering in-person and virtual therapy in a warm, supportive setting. Our team of clinically trained therapists brings expertise in treating a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, attachment traumas, relationship issues, grief and loss, Perinatal/Postpartum mental health, perfectionism and self worth. Grounded in a psychodynamic approach, our work explores early life experiences and attachment patterns to better understand how they may be influencing present-day thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Our compassionate team of clinicians specialize in Attachment-Focused EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and more. With a trauma-informed approach, we prioritize physical, emotional, and psychological safety—empowering individuals in their healing and supporting lasting self-efficacy.
