Our team specializes in anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and depression, using evidence-based approaches including EMDR, CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic therapy. Every treatment plan is shaped by Feedback-Informed Treatment (FIT), meaning we track what's working for you and adjust accordingly, so therapy stays effective rather than formulaic.
Led by Meghan Cassidy, LPC, with 16+ years of clinical experience and a Master's from Ottawa University, our practice is built on a simple belief: you deserve a therapist who's as invested in your progress as you are. We accept most major
