At Serene Mind Counseling, we help teens and adults move beyond survival mode and toward real healing. Many of our clients arrive feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or impacted by past trauma that still affects daily life. We take a trauma-informed, nervous-system aware approach to therapy. This means we don’t just talk about problems — we help your brain and body process and resolve them. Our clinicians are trained in: Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Trauma-focused cognitive approaches, Anxiety treatment, Depression treatment, Social skills.
