We utilize a trauma informed approach combining evidence-based interventions. Our providers have been trained in Anger Resolution, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Trauma Focused CBT, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. We work with kids, teens, adults and families to address behaviors, anxiety, depression, divorce, grief, and relationship changes.
We are here to help kids, adults, and families acquire skills and knowledge needed for them to gain and maintain mental, emotional and physical balance. We strive to provide the best therapeutic approaches and techniques to aid in recovering and healing to achieve overall wellness and create peace within.
