Our Board Certified Therapist specialties include combating depression, anxiety, PTSD, & many more. When addressing depression, therapist teach strategies to assist with negative thoughts and difficult situations. For anxiety, we help uncover the underlying cause of worry, teach how to relax, & gain a new perspective/outlook to develop healthy coping skills.
