I am eclectic in my orientation and offer a holistic, integrative approach to client-centered, strength-based therapy, using evidence-based psychotherapy techniques. I am an EMDRIA trained Level II EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist and specialize in Maternal Mental Health and Reproductive Trauma.
