I love working with a variety of clients and believe that there is no issue that is too big or too small for therapy. I have experience with working with clients experiencing grief/loss, anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideations. I also do have expertise and training in assisting veterans.
I often approach clients from a behavior change model by targeting a certain behavior and discussing readiness to change and making goals. I use motivational interviewing to get to know my client and their goals and values. I often draw on principles from CBT and DBT. I utilize somatic awareness and EFT.
