As a licensed counselor, I believe that no one should have to manage those feelings on their own. Through developing a strong therapeutic alliance, I assist my clients with identifying their goals for themselves and walk alongside them on their journey towards growth and healing.
I used a trauma-informed, eclectic approach to tailor treatment for each client. I have 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families in exploring their pasts, their current symptoms, and developing effective skills for a healthy, productive future. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, Family Therapy, and other evidence based modalities.
