I am passionate about helping those with significant trauma and abuse stories. You are my people! I specialize in helping clients recover from complex trauma, and the behaviors that often go with it, such as self-harming, self-medicating, and a lack of self-compassion. My approach is grounded in trauma-focused, attachment-based care. I am most concerned with the meaning you give to what you have been through, and how it has influenced you, and who you are. My goal, always, is to help you walk your own path and create an environment in which you feel empowered to reach your highest potential.

I am a licensed therapist (LPC) and have worked in mental health in various roles since 2012. I've done everything from mobile crisis therapy out in the community with law enforcement and in ER’s to inpatient and outpatient roles, and this experience has given me a unique opportunity and ability to understand the needs and experiences of my clients.

I value healing and progress, personal responsibility and hard work, and I believe therapy can be a powerful tool for growth. I am also a former foster youth who has walked the healing path myself.
