I am an expressive arts therapist working with adults who are interested in making positive changes, taking next steps in life, and working on themselves to be the best person they can be. I meet you where you are to go over your strengths and see what you are looking to change. Then we work on your plan with goals for you to meet. I use humor and a laid-back style to help you feel comfortable enough to share.
Art therapy is the use of creativity to help explore the world and your experiences. The art therapy session may consist 100% of art- making to 0%... depending on what we decide to do!
I specialize in working with people who would like to explore their creative side and value the experiential process of art-making! We can use art or not though. It is totally up to you. You will need to appreciate my quirky humor and comfortable style. I work this way in order to help people feel that they can open up and share whatever you want to.
