I work with women to identify and conquer fears, obsessions, or unhealthy patterns of living that have resulted in feeling powerless. My goal is to empower you and support your healing journey. It can be incredibly liberating to speak freely in a place of non-judgement. My approach is humanistic, and I lead with compassion. We will explore issues in your life that need focus. Learning to connect with your body and mind and listening to your needs is part of the holistic healing process.
Healing can have great impact on our emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. Together we can identify barriers to growth and foster change to live as your authentic self.
