My ideal clients are often age 16+, deep feelers and thinkers, and may struggle with perfectionism, high achievement, or experiences such as anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, or burnout.
I help clients rediscover their values, build better self-care habits, and prioritize their growth and wellbeing. I also enjoy supporting other therapists/helping professionals who give a lot of themselves. With a blend of attachment-based, compassion-focused techniques, I help clients regain control over their emotions and align with their authentic selves.
My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and tailored to meet clients where they are, with respect, openness, and compassion.
