As a creative, introspective, or deeply feeling person, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or disconnected at times. Navigating challenges like anxiety, relationship struggles, or body image concerns can make it hard to stay grounded. I’m passionate about supporting individuals to explore their inner world, reconnect with their authentic selves, and learn healthier ways to cope with overwhelming emotions. My ideal clients are often between the ages of 16 and 45, deep feelers and thinkers, and may struggle with perfectionism, high achievement, or experiences such as anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, or burnout.
I help clients rediscover their values, build better self-care habits, and prioritize their growth and wellbeing. I also enjoy supporting other therapists/helping professionals who give a lot of themselves. Using a blend of CBT, DBT, ACT, & Compassion-Focused techniques, I help clients regain control over their emotions and align with their authentic selves.
My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and tailored to meet clients where they are, with respect, openness, and compassion.
