Handspring is a modern mental health clinic that provides personalized, evidence-based behavioral care for children, adolescents, and young adults. We currently serve children (ages 8-17) and young adults (18 years and over) who are looking for treatment for anxiety, depression, or behavioral difficulties. Our therapeutic approaches include CBT, DBT, organizational skills training, behavior therapy, exposure & response prevention, and parent management training.
We offer individual therapy, family therapy, and parenting training. Our approach tends to work best for families who are able to consistently engage in weekly sessions that are action-oriented, problem-focused, and collaborative.
I'm passionate about helping children and parents navigate life's challenges and with mental health issues. I tailor treatments to the specific needs of each client, combining cognitive behavioral techniques and mindfulness. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, spin classes, and spending time with my partner and friends as well as my dog/cats.
