Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group
DBT Skills Group is conducted every Wednesday from 6:15-8:15 PM. This group meets on Zoom. This is one component of a complete DBT program as established by Marsha Linehan, which emphasizes participation in both skills groups and individual therapy. The group is designed to teach skills in each of the 4 modules of DBT program. The group is conducted like a class, and is not designed to be a therapy or process group. The therapy occurs during the individual sessions. This group is open to both adults and adolescents.
