My approach is to provide holistic care that focuses on three components of good health—the mind, body, and spirit. Instead of only addressing symptoms and teaching clients how to tolerate and manage illness, my purpose is to promote healing by treating the root causes. Through education, skills, connection, and lifestyle changes, I believe people can reclaim their health and regain control over their own wellbeing, and my goal is for you to leave therapy feeling self-empowered and resilient.
My top three specialties include: neurodivergence, relationships, and chronic illness. More specifically - ADHD, autism spectrum disorder/Asperger's syndrome, and OCD; relationships, social skills, codependency, and narcissistic abuse; chronic illness, chronic pain, and holistic health and wellness. However, I provide help in many other areas as well.
