Isolation, stress and fear have increased due to the pandemic. This virtual group for 7th & 8th grade girls aims to decrease anxiety and increase connection. The group will be a supportive space where girls can learn about each other and discover news ways of coping.

This group is for young adults 19-23 years (all genders) who would like support navigating college life & beyond, mental health and relationships.
