To heal our rupture and the illusion of separation that has been spun by the predatory systems. Working together we tackle the patterns, that have been holding you back, we acknowledge that the systems we live in impact us and our capacity to heal. I have a background in depth therapy. I'm relationally and somatically oriented helping you learn to inhabit your body comfortably. I work with earth magic and weave working with the elements and ancestors in my work with people. I love to work with mothers who are system disruptors and women/femmes who are ready to embody their power and voice.
We heal within a relational container. Learning how to foster our relationship with each other and our more than human kin including the earth assists us in being able to hold the intensities of both our lives and these times we are living in. You are not alone, none of us are. We are deeply connected and the more we remember this the more we heal.

Virtual Postpatrum Group
The postpartum transition can be hard. It's filled with unexpected challenges and conflicting thoughts and emotions. Come and be held in a supportive community as we listen, share, and connect on this journey of mothering. This group is a mix of psychoeducation and process group where we validate the first year of motherhood and together create a safe and brave space to talk about the realities of postpartum life, including PPD, PPA, and other challenges. Open to anyone who is in their first year postpartum. This group is virtual.

This is a group is a 6 week series. With a focus on a mix of psychoeducation and support for mothers-to-be will help participants process the complicated emotions of pregnancy and prepare for a softer postpartum experience. This group is open to any birthing human with a uterus.
