Are you queer, trans/GNC, or neurospicy? Maybe you're struggling with identity, chronic health issues, self-esteem, or trying to break cycles of generational trauma. You want therapy that feels real - where you can swear, laugh, talk about the uncomfortable, and exist without judgment. To challenge the systems causing you harm, reconnect with yourself, and maybe even feel a little hopeful again. It can feel comforting knowing your therapist has walked a similar path, that your own identities are reflected in them, and that they can see the truth of your experiences because they've been through it, too. Let me walk with you.
I’m a queer, trans, neurodivergent therapist who brings my authenticity into session - and I hope you will, too. Together, we’ll unpack what isn’t serving you and reconnect with what does. I'm a feminist therapist; by using a socio-political lens that looks at the oppression of our intersectional identities, my goal is to empower you and help you heal.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel like a script. I make jokes, swear, reference the same TikToks you’ve seen, and also hold space for the hard stuff. Therapy can be hard, but my priority is your trust and our relationship. I want to hear about your current hyperfixation, your annoying coworker, and your favorite video game before we dive into why you're here.
