Something keeps repeating. The same fight, the same shutdown, the same shame that showed up long before you were old enough to name it. Most people I work with have tried to manage it, outwork it, or think their way out, and it hasn't held. I work with men who lost access to their own emotions somewhere along the way, couples trying to survive betrayal, and people carrying sexual or religious shame and the sense of never being enough. I also work with immigrants and first-generation clients living between two worlds. This is depth work. Not advice, not quick fixes, and not a kinder story about your life than the true one.

With individuals I work psychodynamically and use EMDR for trauma that still runs the present. With couples I use Emotionally Focused Therapy to get underneath the argument to what's being protected. I work often with infidelity and repair, emotionally avoidant men, sexual shame, and nontraditional relationships, handled discreetly.
