I blend trauma-informed and psychodynamic therapy for individuals, and use Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples. Our work isn’t about fixing you, it’s about slowing down, listening deeply, and helping you hear yourself in new ways. Together we’ll explore what’s unspoken, unmet, and unresolved, so lasting change can take root.
