I specialize in working with teens who struggle with anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma. Since each client's needs are unique, I use a strength-based approach with cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and attachment theory. As a certified EMDR therapist, I help clients heal from trauma. I offer free parent coaching since parents are my co-therapists!
