I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with extensive experience working in a highly functional executive environment. I also work with individuals and families who experienced trauma or life changing events. I have a unique understanding of the impact of stressors on individuals and their families. I consider the epistemology of the experience of trauma and its later development of symptoms that affect an individual's ability to overcome future challenges.
