****Please note I am on medical leave and will not be responding to emails or phone calls at this time. **** Living with emotional ups and downs can be exhausting. Together we can explore ways in which you can decrease the anxiety, work through the losses in your life, acknowledge the memories and address your pain. Your journey is unique so together we explore how to travel your path to healing. Through compassion, understanding and belief in the sense of hope, I will be your guide.
I believe in relationship first. Having someone with whom you connect with is the most important part of therapy. Bringing empathy, a belief in your strengths, an understanding of trauma, grief and loss, you will find a safe place to bring your whole self and all of your emotions.
Providing services to individuals, families, first responder's and community after several mass tragedy events has enabled me to experience both short and long term emotional needs of those affected by trauma, grief and loss. My goal is not to define your trauma but to guide you on your healing path.
