My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-focused using developmentally appropriate strategies tailored to each family. I take an integrative approach, tailoring therapy to each child, teen, or parent. With children I often focus on play-based therapy for skill-building and emotional exploration. With teens and parents, I provide CBT, DBT, psychoeducation, and PCIT. I meet my clients where they are and provide practical tools and strategies that can be applied in daily life.
