I might be the counselor for you if are navigating intrusive thoughts, difficulty understanding yourself or your behavior, or a past that impacts you today, each of which may show up for you in experiences of OCD, anxiety, depression, and/or trauma. I seek to provide a nonjudgmental space in which we can move towards growth for you cooperatively and through a structured, evidence-based approach. Many clients who come to me express they have felt previous counseling led to little change, possibly due to a lack of structure or clear treatment plan. Together, I assure you we will make a plan that suits your needs and goals!

I structure sessions based on a phase model informed by EMDR, and offer EMDR as a means to work towards progress should clients desire it. My integrative approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, considering these modalities in light of clients' presentation and needs.

Whatever you are dealing with, I am willing to hear it. My door is always open; if I do not believe I have the tools to adequately help you, we can discuss your options together.
