My practice is centered around relationships, grief, addiction recovery, and experiences unique to women. I have a passion for working with significant life transitions, including the often-overlooked mental health aspects of perimenopause and menopause. I feel strongly about addressing the well-being and needs of women, ensuring they feel seen, empowered and heard. In our time together, we will unfold the complexities of relationships, to the self and to others, to our pain and to our joy, all the while cultivating space for you to experience more purpose, connection, compassion and fulfillment. All of which, you deserve.

I utilize an integrative approach incorporating psychodynamic, humanistic and relational modalities. In our time together, I will incorporate a variety of interventions from these models to support your healing. I have a background in residential treatment (male and female), addiction recovery, relationship focused, women's issues, and grief.

Seeking help can understandably feel overwhelming. It's my hope that in our work together you will experience feeling truly safe and understood.
