Perhaps you've been struggling with unsatisfying relationships, mood inconsistencies, racial trauma, trauma, motivation, attention problems, or even loneliness. Any and all of these reasons are a great inroad to exploring a relationship with a Therapist, and I would be happy to help you.
My name is Semi, and I practice Motivational Interviewing, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and incorporate mindfulness & somatic interventions. Currently, I'm in a Gestalt therapy training program. I'm also able to provide ADHD and autism spectrum disorder assessments.
