Hello and welcome! I support adults 18+ through (including but not limited to): substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, serious and persistent mental illnesses, grief therapy, trauma/PTSD and those with life stressors/adjustment disorders.
I practice under the conditions of unconditional positive regard and offer a non-judgmental, person-centered approach in therapy. I myself have been in therapy for 8+ years and it has truly changed my life. It is an honor to support others on their journey in therapy as I have always known I would become a therapist.
I take a highly person-centered approach and look forward to building a therapeutic relationship with you. I utilize an array of modalities including but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Existential Therapy, Gottman Therapy and Mindfulness.
