Each of us carry untold stories, experiences, and challenges that have impacted us in different ways and have molded us into the people we are today. As a therapist, I focus on meeting each client where they are at to collaboratively navigate through life’s complexities, process those stories, and work towards healthier choices, relationships, and more authentic living.

I can support you with trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, relationships issues, adjustment challenges, attachment difficulties, and life transitions. My own experience as a refugee and immigrant brings a unique trauma informed and cultural lens that I work from. A majority of my career has focused on working with youth, adults, refugees, and immigrants.
In the words of Maya Angelou, "There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you." We all deserve a safe and empathetic space to tell our stories where we are heard and validated. Seeking support can be hard. I acknowledge your bravery in this first step and welcome you to reach out to start telling your story and process towards healing.
