I'm an alternative-minded licensed therapist with 7+ years of professional mental healthcare experience and the owner of my own holistic Tele-therapy practice called Savi Counseling Services, LLC. I work with adults (19+) struggling with relationships (including healing from narcissistic abuse), codependency, complex-trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, ADHD, identity, and adjustment issues. I have worked in a wide range of treatment settings throughout my professional career and have treated clients ranging from ages 8 to 90 years old. A current niche of mine is specializing in young-adult mental health and LGBTQIA+ wellness. I use an eclectic blend of trauma-informed behavioral and experiential therapies as well as somatic techniques.
My ability to navigate hardships & adversity in my own life has well equipped me to guide others through struggles and find healing & compassion for themselves.
