Deciding to seek therapy requires a great deal of courage. You've taken a big step in simply considering this process. Many of my clients have found themselves "stuck" in their emotions, thoughts, sensations, and reactions. Most just want to feel better, want to move forward, and have had difficulty doing it on their own or with traditional talk therapy. Most of my clients have struggled with trauma, anxiety, depression, life adjustments, or general overwhelm. I prioritize safety and validation with clients, while building strengths and resources, so that we can work together to target what is keeping you stuck - all at your pace.
I have been practicing therapy for over 16 years, and my current focus is providing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy and the Flash Technique to help my clients' nervous systems feel regulated. I also integrate internal parts work to help explore and address what is keeping you stuck. My approach is warm, integrative, and trauma-focused.
