Welcome! My clinical background includes advanced fellowship training in pediatric mental health at the Yale Child Study Center, where I currently remain affiliated as faculty. Many of the individuals and families I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed—by anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting challenges, or major life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can make sense of what’s going on and begin to find relief, clarity, and direction.
I specialize in supporting children, teens, and families, and adults through trauma, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. I offer evidence-based care including TF-CBT, ERP for OCD, short-term trauma treatment with families, and parenting support grounded in attachment and relational approaches like Circle of Security and mentalization-based therapy.
I believe in collaborating on identifying the most effective approach and tailoring evidence-based treatments to meet your unique needs.
