Thank you for your interest - I'm glad you found me! Whatever it is you're going through, be it anxiety and/or depression, questions around identity, the need to heal from trauma, trouble in your relationships, or most any other mental health concern, I want to help! It's my job to help you identify problematic patterns in your life, and to support you while you create new patterns, habits, and beliefs that will work more effectively for you. I want to help you live your life as authentically and fully as you possibly can!
I work from a collaborative, strengths-based approach, where you, not I, are the expert on your life. Theoretically, I work primarily from the perspectives of Internal Family Systems, and Feminist Therapy. My practice is sex-positive, kink and poly-aware, LGBTQ-allied, and firmly rooted in concepts of class consciousness and social justice.
